You know a video game series has reached iconic status when other games begin including references or “Easter Eggs” to the series. Nintendo has long been known to include Zelda references in its other franchises, but other developers aren’t afraid to pay tribute to the series with their own Easter Eggs! The recently released Kingdom Come: Deliverance is one of the latest games to include a Legend of Zelda reference. Epona, Link’s trusty steed in many of his adventures, makes an appearance in Kingdom Come! Epona is easy to obtain: she can be purchased at the stable in Neuhof. Epona appears to be a pretty normal horse by Kingdom Come standards, but the vendor who sells her does drop a pretty cool Ocarina of Time reference stating, “she won’t listen to anything but a pipe or flute.”

Kingdom Come: Deliverance was released on February 13 for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
