I am so-so on the Breath of the Wild soundtrack. It was good in many places, but there were also some places that left more to be desired. One of those places where the soundtrack really nailed it was all of the village themes. I liked every single one and it made exploring the villages that much more enjoyable. One of my favorite village themes was Rito Village. This theme just really captured the atmosphere of the area.

I have already heard numerous covers of the Rito Village theme, but his one by YouTuber insaneintherainmusic – Carlos Eiene is one of the better ones I have heard. He puts together a jazz arrangement consisting of a keyboard, saxophone, drums, and mandolin. It’s an absolute pleasure to listen to. I love the snow effect and how the music speeds up and gains more energy around midway through the video. It is beautifully edited and you have to be talented to know how to play all these instruments. This video does feature a guest performance by YouTuber Alex Heflin on the mandolin. Is this the best cover you have heard for Rito Village, or is there a better one out there? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments!
